Registration of any service takes time and often a lot of time, especially registration of child benefits, maternity capital, and social payments. Because of this, a queue forms with a wait of up to 2 hours. Everything is clear that the inspector needs to pay close attention to the documents and formulate the case clearly in order to receive the service with a positive decision. But management needs to be more attentive to the organization of the waiting room in order to somehow alleviate the plight of people waiting in line. Firstly, a cooler with drinking water and disposable cups! You can also install a machine for selling coffee and tea; these machines are installed in all organizations that respect themselves and people. Secondly, it is imperative to organize a corner for children, where the child can independently draw, decorate, etc., and set up a table for sensory activities ( modern technologies to help you). For the adult contingent, organize a stand with newspapers and magazines, crossword puzzles, after all, not everyone uses phones and tablets, and people need to be distracted from gadgets, after all, we were the most reading country in the world, so let’s revive this! For the younger generation, of course, Wi-Fi. On the existing monitors in the hall, diversify the videos, supplementing the video about the services of the MFC (during the waiting time, aggression from them already appears) with a video about the historical value and life of the city and region (often played on buses, without sound, but with a description) or include different videos on different monitors.
And most importantly, no matter how difficult it may be with personnel, all centers really need an assistant, not an administrator, but a separate desk where they will provide services for filling out forms for migration registration, issuing a foreign passport, replacing a passport, etc. . And when the document is filled out correctly, this will make the inspector’s work easier, and the applicant will not have to rewrite it several times, spoil the paper (we must take care of the trees!!!), and ruin people’s nerves. It will also be possible to provide a service for copying documents, now many have stopped trusting their documents to anyone, but here government agency more trust. If it is not possible to organize this assistant’s corner, you need to enter into an agreement with another organization and rent out the corner to them (sublease).
